Data Protection Notice
According to the "Brandenburgische Umgangsverordnung” § 3 Abs. 1 and Abs. 2 (https://bravors.brandenburg.de/verordnungen/sars_cov_2_umgv#4), the conference organizer is obliged to gather personal data about the conference participants who will be present. The purpose is to enable contact tracing by the health authorities in the event of a reported COVID-19 case at the conference. Your name and contact details will be made known to the organizational team. Your name will be made known to those responsible for managing entry to the conference venues. Conference participants who seek entry to a conference event for which they have not registered in advance are obliged to provide the person managing entry with their name and contact details.
The data you provide will be completely deleted after four weeks following the conference.
